Theresianer, Slow Brewing certification renewed: “more time for the brewer, more flavor for the beer.”

Theresianer, the first Italian brewery admitted to the Munich Club of Exceptional Brewers, has once again received the renewal of its Slow Brewing Quality Certification this year.

Recognized in 27 European countries, the Slow Brewing certification attests to the unique flavor of the beer and the ethical integrity of its creation, with periodic audits assessing both the product and the production process.  August Gresser, director of the Slow Brewing Institut, recently visited the brewery, focusing on the Research & Development, Production, and Quality Control departments, with a careful analysis and verification of compliance with standards, as well as the Marketing-Sales area, with particular attention to communication. Theresianer has once again passed the association’s strict quality criteria regarding taste, quality, corporate culture, respect for the environment, hygiene and process plant engineering.

Slow Brewing certifies superior quality and integrity in the respect of brewing processes.

Theresianer uses only the best ingredients to produce its beers in order to guarantee their authenticity and works by following the right maturation times, without the use of accelerating systems. The result is a beer of the highest quality, with an intense flavor and perfect balance, combining the deepest knowledge and the greatest passion. To symbolize and represent all the Theresianer beers that are Slow Brewing certified, a special certificate has been awarded to Premium Lager.

With the Slow Brewing certification, Theresianer reaffirms its daily commitment to responsible production that guarantees superior quality beer for its consumers.
