A JOURNEY TO THE ORIGINS OF TASTE
A bright, clear, unfiltered beer with a particularly dry taste combined in the finish with the freshness of malt and hops, pecualiar of this beer, so unique as to exciting your senses with its balanced and decisive scent.
Gravity tapping occurs naturally, without the aid of carbon dioxide. It recalls the ancient tradition, when beer was poured into the mug directly from the keg.

Beer by gravity can be compared to a long journey that takes us back to Pilsen, a picturesque town in the Czech Republic, located near Bavaria, where Pilsner, the beer protagonist of this journey, has its roots. Places where two-row barley with a particularly fine husk and Saaz hops with a very delicate aroma have been grown for centuries. They are the soul of this beer: so unique that it enraptures the senses with its balanced, assertive aroma, which leaves no room for "others".
Now, as then, this unfiltered Pils maintains its original organoleptic properties, its authentic taste and its vitality as if just brewed.
