Theresianer and winter: a strong relationship that is confirmed once again this year with iconic products of the cold season. The highly anticipated and sought-after Winter Beer has a new “ambassador”: the robin. Always a symbol of life that resists winter, a bearer of renewal, an icon of rebirth, the robin brings with him all the good omens to accompany us from the old year to the new one with joy and positivity. Winter Beer’s recipe is unchanged, lending an original, unique character to Theresianer’s most popular seasonal beer: an unfiltered, top-fermented double malt, slightly spiced, with delicious aromas of dried fruit and delicate roasted notes. Best enjoyed with aged cheese or dark chocolate, it is perfect as a meditation beer. For winter 2024, Winter Beer is presented in a precious packaging featuring a little robin, whose warm colors stir feelings of joy and rebirth even in the cold season.
Theresianer also proposes a revamped Birra delle Feste in a seasonal and limited edition. Rounded and full-bodied, yet with a delicate taste, this beer is balanced in its fruity aroma enriched by hints of tropical fruits and citrus. It has a persistent, compact foam and a deep golden color, with the natural cloudiness that is typical of unfiltered beers. Enclosed in a white and blue pack, reminiscent of snowy landscapes and winter skies, it can be enjoyed both on tap and in the new 0.50 l. sized bottle.
